Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, subject to the following criteria.

Acceptable Condition:

  • The product must remain unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

Exclusions:

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Items exhibiting use or damage not attributable to an error by DINX Sunglasses.

  • Customized or prescription sunglasses, unless demonstrably defective upon arrival.

2. Acceptable Grounds for Return

A return request is valid under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The delivered product materially deviates from the provided description.

  • Components or accessories are missing from the package.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Pre-dispatch: Orders may be canceled prior to dispatch or invoicing.

  • Post-dispatch: Cancellation requests will not be processed once the order has been shipped.

4. Refund Policy

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within five (5) to seven (7) business days.

  • Method of Issue: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or issued as store credit, where applicable.

  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is necessitated by an error on the part of DINX Sunglasses.

6. Return Procedure

  1. Initiation: Submit a return request containing the Order ID via the official Email or WhatsApp channels.

  2. Verification: The support team will review the request for approval.

  3. Logistics: Upon approval, a pickup will be arranged, or instructions for customer shipping will be provided.

  4. Resolution: Refunds or replacements will be executed subsequent to a quality control inspection of the returned item.
